In addition to providing advice and managing portfolios of a wide range of clients Michael is responsible for S&J's ever-growing IT requirements.
Michael was born in 1967 and graduated from Aberdeen University with a degree in Economics. After five years with Ernst & Young during which he qualified as a Chartered Accountant he joined S&J in 1993, becoming a director in 1999.
Michael has a background in research and institutional stockbroking. Away from the office, he has turned his financial skills to good use on several golf and tennis club committees and recently became a director of a nursery school in Kilmacolm.
