Jim is an Associate Director and works closely with Russell Crichton, providing advisory and discretionary services to a wide range of clients. Jim is a very experienced member of the team with a keen interest in and knowledge of taxation matters, in particular the capital gains tax system.
Jim is the (albeit still rather young) grandfather of the firm's investment team having joined Speirs & Jeffrey straight from school in 1971. He is a Member of the Chartered Securities and Investment Institute.
