Donald is an Associate Director and advises a wide range of clients, both private individuals and charities.
Donald attended both Strathclyde and then Glasgow University where he attained, respectively, an honours degree in applied microbiology and a PhD in microbiology. Before joining Speirs & Jeffrey in 2002 Donald gained extensive experience of fund management and research, first in Glasgow with Scottish Amicable and then in London with Aviva where he became Head of Research.
Donald's many external interests include Shelter (Scotland).
