Q. Who is responsible for regulating your business?

A. Speirs & Jeffrey is authorised and regulated by the Financial Services Authority (FSA) see http://www.fsa.gov.uk for further information. The FSA is a statutory body charged with regulating most aspects of the UK's financial services industry.

Q. What do I do if I have a complaint about your service?

A. We very much hope that any complaints that you have can be resolved quickly and fairly by the staff who normally handle your business.
