Jimmy McCulloch CA, FCSI
As Executive Chairman Jimmy represents the firm externally and chairs our Board of Directors. Until August 2011 he spent over ten years as Chief Executive. The bulk of his time is spent managing and advising on a full spectrum of client portfolios.
Jimmy graduated from Stirling University with a degree in accountancy, business law and economics. He qualified as a Chartered Accountant with Coopers & Lybrand in 1979 and joined Speirs & Jeffrey in 1982. He became a Director in 1985.
Jimmy's many external activities include his membership of the Board of the Association of Private Client Investment Managers and Stockbrokers (APCIMS). He is Trustee of The Scottish Community Foundation and Past President of The Glasgow Academical Club.
